Cricut Cardz Challenge #87

Hello! Here is a card that I made for my first Cricut Cardz Challenge. The challenge was to make a thank you card using hearts from any cartridge, but they couldn't be red or pink. So, I used some scrap paper and my Create-a-Critter cartridge to make this:

I really like it and I'm excited to send it to a friend some day! Well, hope you had a good day. It's almost the weekend!!

Cupcake Card

Good morning! Today I have a birthday card to share that I made using the Lawn Fawn Bake Me a Cake stamp set. It is definitely one of my favorite stamp sets because there is so much that you can do with it! For this card, I made cupcakes!

Here is a close up on the cupcakes:

This card and layout were so fun and easy to make.
Thanks for looking! Enjoy your week!

60th Wedding Anniversary!

Hello! Today is my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary!! They definitely deserved a card because that is such a long time (don't worry - they're also getting a big party later this month). Here is the card that I made for them.

This was a lot of fun to make because I made the patterned paper by using strips of scrap paper. I've had those scraps forever and have been waiting for the right time to use them. I have also been looking for an opportunity to use my black ribbon. I usually stick to white ribbon, but the black looks better for this card.

This is a close up on the numbers. I cut the numbers out of the pattern paper and just let the white show through. I like it!

Well, thanks for stopping by! The weekend is almost here! Hurray!

CAS-ual Fridays Challenge CFC13

Hello again! Wow, it has been a while since my last post. Hopefully I will get better with that! Anyways, here is a card that I made for the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge.

The challenge was to make a 4 x 9 sized card. Boy, that was tough, but it was a lot of fun to make especially with the fun cloud paper and my favorite Lawn Fawn stamp! Well, thanks for looking! :)
